Training and Coaching Committee manage the National Squad. The squads held regular physical and technical training for elite runners and athletes with potential.

Generally, OAHK send team to join the following international events every year / two years:

• World Orienteering Championships
• Junior World Orienteering Championships
• World Trail Orienteering Championships
• Asian Orienteering Championships
• Asian Junior & Youth Orienteering Championships
• All China Orienteering Championships
• All China Youth Orienteering Championships

Members shall notify OAHK through their clubs before participating any international orienteering events as Hong Kong representative.
